Voxels is a web app that lets you explore a 3D voxel planet. It uses Gemini to help create new worlds and shape the scene as you move through it. You can open it in a browser on Windows and start exploring with a few clicks.
Visit this page to download Voxels:

On the release page, look for the latest version. Download the file made for Windows, then open it after the file finishes downloading.
Before you run Voxels, make sure your PC can handle a 3D browser app:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- A modern web browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox
- 8 GB of RAM or more
- A graphics card that supports WebGL
- An internet connection for the first launch and world generation
- A mouse and keyboard for easier navigation
- Open the release page.
- Find the latest release.
- Download the Windows file from that release.
- If the file comes in a .zip archive, right-click it and choose Extract All.
- Open the extracted folder.
- Double-click the app file or open the included local web file in your browser.
- If Windows asks for permission, select Yes or Run.
If the app opens in a browser tab, keep that tab open while you explore the planet.
After the app loads, you can move through the voxel planet with simple controls:
- Use W, A, S, and D to move
- Use the mouse to look around
- Use Space to move up
- Use Shift to move down
- Use the scroll wheel to change view distance
- Click or tap objects if the interface shows them as interactive
If the app asks for a prompt, type a short idea such as:
- frozen planet
- desert moon with caves
- ocean world with floating islands
- green planet with tall towers
Voxels then builds a scene based on your input.
For the smoothest start, do these steps once:
- Close extra browser tabs.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Use the latest version of Chrome or Edge.
- Set your display to full screen if you want a wider view.
- If the planet loads slowly, wait for the scene to finish building before moving around.
- 3D voxel planet exploration
- Gemini-based world generation
- Browser-friendly Windows use
- Simple movement and camera controls
- Bright, block-style landscapes
- Interactive terrain and scene generation
- Fast loading on modern PCs
- Easy launch from the release download
Refresh the page or relaunch the app, then enter a new world idea if the app asks for one.
Hold Shift while moving to travel faster in the world.
Close other apps, reduce browser tabs, and use a wired internet connection if possible.
Reload the page or restart the app. If the scene still stalls, close the browser and open it again.
After downloading, you may see one of these file types:
.zip— a compressed folder that you need to extract.exe— a Windows app file you can open directly.html— a browser file that you can open in your web browser.json— a config file that the app may use in the background
Open only the main app file or the main browser file. Leave the other files in place.
- Use a screen with at least 1366 x 768 resolution
- Keep the browser window large
- Use full screen for easier navigation
- Leave the app open while the world generates
- Enter short prompts for faster world creation
- Keep your browser up to date
Try ideas like these when you start:
- icy ringed planet
- red canyon world
- forest planet with glowing caves
- floating voxel archipelago
- giant crater moon
- lava field with stone bridges

If you test Voxels and want to report a problem, include:
- what version you downloaded
- what browser or app you used
- what you typed into the generator
- what happened before the issue
