Is there potential Legal Risks with Beatbump’s logo

Ok I was just zoning out and realized there might be potential legal risks with Beatbump's logo that should be addressed

1. The logo uses Apple's AirPods design and I'm assuming apple would be very protective of their patents and designs
2. This project is a direct threat to Apple Music's business model, so Apple would have an incentive to go after it for taking customers
3. We already saw this happen with YouTube Vanced, and while this project is actually legal, unlike Vanced, the main reason Google went after Vanced was because the logo looked too similar to YouTube's

Feel free to further the discussion, but changing the logo seems like the best option to avoid legal trouble, thanks ;P
