Index EXIF Description tag for search

I would like to request support for reading and indexing the EXIF Description / Title tag.

Currently, Memories indexes GPS metadata and other EXIF fields, but it does not read the Description.

Making it searchable in Memories would greatly improve organization and discovery.

Expected behavior:

• Memories reads these tag during scanning
• The text becomes searchable in the Memories search bar
• Ideally, the description could also be displayed in the photo info panel
