`Bbox3(Element element)` doesn't work if the element has `RepresentationInstances` instead of `Representation`

Bbox3(Element element) doesn't work if the element has RepresentationInstances instead of Representation — VerticesFromElement only uses VerticesFromRepresentation which only considers Representation.
