Setting to keep "multi-selected" items selected after running operations

Good day!

I frequently need to make multiple changes to the same batch of items. For example, a sequence of events might be:

1. Download images shared from a friend via email or internet share
2. Select all those images from my Downloads album (possibly scrolling past and skipping other images in between the ones I need to edit)
3. Move them to the right album (e.g. "current year")
4. Rename all those images (e.g. removing a prefix like "Resized_")
5. Adding 1 or more tags
6. Edit the EXIF data (e.g. extract date from title)

The problem is, currently Aves will DE-SELECT every image after a single operation (at least, for me it does). Which means I have to scroll to the top or bottom, and arduously re-select every image again.

Meaning, the current workflow is:

1. Multi-select all the files, spread across an album with other non-desired images in between
2. Apply "operation 1" (e.g. tagging)
3. Multi-select all the files, spread across an album with other non-desired images in between, again
4. Apply "operation 2" (e.g. rename)
5. Repeat 3-4 "N" times

SUGGESTION:
A setting to "Keep multi-select items selected after an operation". At worst, even with having this setting enabled, it would simply add 1 "click" to a user's operation - hitting "Back" after the first operation to de-select everything. And if someone didn't want to use the feature, simply don't enable the setting. But 1 extra click to de-select is certainly much better than the "current workflow" noted above.

And if this is already a feature that I was too blind to find, please, point me in the right direction and thank you much :-)
