Font ligature issue in file names. (experimental font feature)

Describe the bug
When I set the Workbench font to Fira Code, the font ligature is activated in filenames. Since filenames aren't code snippets, is there a way to disable this?

In this example, . and - and are joined.

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

• This bug doesn't happen if I use Microsoft's Visual Studio Code. It only happens in VSCodium.

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

• I checked the Docs page and the Troubleshooting page and my issue is not mentioned there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set the Workbench font to Fira Code
2. create test_ligature_>=.txt file
3. Look at the >= part.

Expected behavior
Ligatures should be disabled in the Workbench font.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS Sequoia
• Architecture x64
• VsCodium v1.121.03429

Instead of using Goggle Fira Code, I used Github Fira Code and the .- issue was resolved, but the problem wasn't related to the font. Workbench ligature settings need to be added.

Ya, that's why I've added it to the N+1 milestone so I can try to fix it in the next release.
